Something is missing from my orderUpdated a year ago
In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately.
When you contact us, please include the following:
- Order number
- Name
- Email address
- Product you did not recieve (for example... PURSUIT ECOZEN in Midnight Blue, 700ml)
Once we've received the above information, our customer serivce team will get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
A claim for missing items must be made within seven days of the delivery date.
