I sent you an email and haven't had a response, why?Updated 2 years ago

We aim to respond to customers within 24-48h Monday to Friday (0900-1700 UTC). Please be aware during busy periods, it can sometimes take us a little longer than usual to reply to you, and we will get to you as soon as we can. We also ask that you only send one message at a time - don't bombard our customer serivce team with multiple messages across multiple platforms, as this just means it'll take longer for us to reply to you and other customers.

 

In some rare occasions our email replies may go to your spam folder so please check there before getting back in touch. The best way to get in touch with us is via the chat function in the bottom right hand corner of our website, if a customer service agent isn't available at the time, please leave your email and your query and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
