I received my product as a gift, do I still have a warranty?Updated a year ago

Yes! All PROMiXX products are covered by either a lifetime warranty, or a 1-year limited warranty, see below for which category your product falls into:

  • Non-Electrical Products: Lifetime Warranty
  • Electrical Products: 1-Year Limited Warranty

However, when it comes to a gifted product, the warranty registration is a little different, all you need to do is contact our dedicated customer service team either using the chat at the bottom right of this page, or sending an email to [email protected].

When you are emailing, be sure to include as much information as you can (full name, email address, product you recieved, date you received it). Once our team recieves this, they'll reach out to you and begin processing your warranty registration. They may ask you for more details.
