If you purchased via Amazon the order number can be found within Amazon by clicking into: My account > My orders > Click into order > View order summary and it will look something like: 111-2222222-3333333.

Alternatively, if you purchased direct from us then the order number can be found in the order confirmation email and will look something like: PROMiXX1234. 

In-Store

However, if you purchased from Walmart or Target, it will be either the online order number from their site or the long number at the bottom of the receipt/the receipt number.
